PETITION REQUESTING OUR EMPLOYER TO BEGIN BARGAINING FOR AN ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT UNDER THE FAIR WORK ACT 2009:

We the undersigned: (a) are employees of Pilbara Mining Alliance Pty Ltd, The Pilbara Infrastructure Pty Ltd, Fortescue Ltd, FMG Personnel Services Pty Ltd, W Hub Pty Ltd and FMG Training Pty Ltd (collectively, FMG); and (b) are engaged in trainee train driver, shunter and locomotive driver roles; and (c) want FMG to bargain with our bargaining representative, the Mining and Energy Union, for a new enterprise agreement. In signing this petition we understand that: (a) FMG has so far not agreed to bargain; and (b) this petition may be used in support of an application for a majority support determination under the Fair Work Act 2009.
