I support the following Mining and Energy Union claims for the Carmichael Enterprise Agreement:

1. Travel/Layover should not be at the discretion of the employer

2. $40 for a meal when delayed may get you a sandwich and a glass of water

3. The employer is not prepared to address the number of flights to cover approved leave

4. Incentive payments will not be paid on any approved leave
